Consumer Complaints Boards, consumer associations, Advertising Standard Alliance such as the RCC or JEP, internal local rules … but also Ministries—and the Consumer Authority .... A lot of possibilities for the consumer to complain. But how can I prepare my self?

· I want to organize a joint promotion in 5 countries that has to be according local regulations. Can you assist me? · I received a letter from an organization called JEP in Brussels. They told me my campaign was not allowed. And now? · The Reclame Code Commissie in Amsterdam wrote me and want to convict me, but I totally disagree with their arguments. What can I do best? · I recently have been visited by the Ministry of Economical Affairs from Brussels. It seems to be pretty serious. Can you help me? |

Unfortunately, doing business also means dissatisfied customers. And if they do not go into court, they might go to one of the numerous complaints Boards.
